Not only have we lived on the Big Island for almost a decade but we are also a couple who chose to elope here in Hawaii. We don’t stop at locations and photography. We assist you with the marriage license process, so it’s simple and easy. We also provide custom floral additions, videography, plus give you recommendations for hair and makeup artists. You may also choose to add on services such as bubbles, bakery and musicians. Dawn and our team directs you into the most authentic interaction for a super fun and amazing experience. We love that video also allows you to relive this once in a lifetime moment whenever you watch your film. The way the sun was shining, the way your dress touches the sand, the way you looked at one another – all documented to relive again. We offer a full ceremony edit, so you can rewatch those teary or heartfelt words expressed again, and we also include a short highlight film to capture all the “best of” moments and snippets of your best day ever! Relive the feelings, feel the love and capture the story of your wedding day. Along with photography, we round out telling the best love story possible – yours!

During COVID in 2020, when families couldn’t gather and couples chose to elope solo more often, we decided to add video services to our packages. This additional service allowed couples to share their special day with those that couldn’t attend in person and also capture the magic from their day. WHAT SIZE WEDDING DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A BEACH WEDDING?
Hawaii Parks and Recreation permit up to 30 people for a public beach wedding. If you are looking to have more guests then we recommend choosing from one of our preferred private wedding venues. Capacity varies depending on venue.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Tropical weather is unpredictable, but here on the Big Island we are lucky to have great weather most of the time. In the case that there is rain we do our best to still make your day as enjoyable as possible. After all, it’s good luck!
HOW SOON CAN WE VIEW OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
The turnaround time for your fully edited photo gallery is 2-4 weeks depending on the season.
HOW DO WE GET OUR HAWAII MARRIAGE LICENSE?
You can start the process online, but you MUST personally appear before a licensing agent and show proper ID to get your marriage license. For more information please visit this link.

CAN WE HAVE CHAIRS OR ARCHES ON THE BEACH FOR OUR WEDDING?
Unfortunately Hawaii State Law does not allow chairs, arbors, or any other structures besides a small cake table and loose flowers on public beaches. We recommend choosing from one of our preferred private wedding venues for weddings with more guests and décor.
WILL MY PHOTOS LOOK JUST AS AMAZING AS THE ONES I SEE THROUGHOUT THE WEBSITE? WHO WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHING OUR WEDDING?

Dawn is your photographer 99% of the time. Occasionally she is already booked on your wedding date, but we are definitely able to request a suitable replacement.
